Yayasan Hati Gembira Indonesia or Happy Hearts Indonesia Foundation (referred to as “HH Indonesia” or “we” or “us”) is a nonprofit, non-governmental organization registered in Indonesia under the name Yayasan Hati Gembira Indonesia (Happy Hearts Indonesia Foundation) with charity registration (Tanda Daftar Yayasan Sosial) no. 530\/F.2\/31.73.07.1005\/-1.848\/e\/2019 and SK Izin PUB no. 344\/HUK-PS\/2021. We operate the website www.happyheartsindonesia.org (the “Website”). These Terms and Conditions apply separately to each single donation that you make. By confirming on the Website that you wish to make a donation you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Donation Services<\/h3>\n

We will use your donation at our discretion but within our stated objectives<\/a>.<\/p>\n

All payments through the Website are to be made in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) by payment card, bank transfer, direct debit, or e-money. We also accept donations by cheque. Cheques can be made payable to Yayasan Hati Gembira Indonesia (Happy Hearts Indonesia Foundation) and sent to Jl. Anggrek Garuda Blok J No.71, Kemanggisan, Palmerah, Jakarta Barat 11480, Indonesia. Please note that we only accept payment by cash if handed to a HH Indonesia employee, from whom you will in return receive a receipt.<\/p>\n

Once you confirm to us through the Website that you wish to proceed with your donation your transaction will be processed through our payment gateway, Xendit. By confirming that you wish to proceed with your donation you authorize Xendit to request funds from your credit or debit card provider.<\/p>\n

Unauthorised card use<\/h3>\n

If you become aware of fraudulent use of your card, or if it is lost or stolen, you must notify your card provider.

Transaction Fees<\/h3>\n

Donations are subject to minor transaction fees by your financial institutions. These fees may vary up to 5% of the donation amount.

Receipts<\/h3>\n

When you make a payment to HH Indonesia, we will e-mail you a receipt containing your donation. You are responsible for keeping copies of these receipts for your record.

Refund policy<\/h3>\n

All payments are non-refundable.

Information from you<\/h3>\n

Before we can process a donation you must provide us with your name, address and email address; and details of the credit or debit card that you wish to use to fund the donation. We will use this information to process your donation. It is your responsibility to ensure you have provided us with the correct information.<\/p>\n

When you submit your payment details, these details will be transferred to our payment provider, Xendit, and your payment data will be collected and processed securely by them. You should make sure that you are aware of Xendit\u2019s terms and conditions to ensure that you are comfortable with how they will process your personal data before you make a donation.<\/p>\n

We won\u2019t share your personal details with any other third party other than is set out in our Privacy Policy<\/a>. Our Privacy Policy<\/a> forms part of these Donation Payment Terms and Conditions and by agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you are also agreeing to the way we use and protect your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy<\/a>.
