Kini, sekolah mulai memahami kondisi mereka melalui analisis SWOT, memperbarui visi dan misi, serta menyusun langkah pengembangan ke depan. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dari sisi keuangan, yang sebelumnya masih sederhana dan belum memiliki sistem pelaporan terbuka, kini mulai ditata menjadi lebih transparan. Sekolah juga mulai merencanakan pembentukan tim audit internal serta sistem pelaporan yang dapat diakses bersama. <\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Perubahan juga terlihat dalam komunikasi. Melalui pelatihan ini, kami memperoleh banyak pembelajaran tentang cara memperbaiki tata kelola sekolah secara lebih terarah dan sistematis. Kami juga sangat terbantu dalam menyusun visi dan misi sekolah berdasarkan analisis SWOT.  <\/span><\/i><\/span><\/p><p><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #ec6559;\">Kami sekarang sudah mulai menerapkan apa yang kami pelajari di sekolah.
