Setiap sekolah punya cara yang berbeda dalam menerapkan aturan dan pengelolaan di lingkungan sekolah termasuk PAUD Hati Nurani.\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<h2><b>Sistem Pengelolaan Sekolah PAUD Hati Nurani<\/b><\/h2>\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PAUD Hati Nurani yang dibangun kembali pada tahun 2019 oleh <a href=\"https:\/\/id.happyheartsindonesia.org\/dampak\/?xdomain_data=KdLx2VL3fApvGyMoe4Me7da37mRr5u2piD%2BsQ6Ws5jviOrFjW%2BiRDau0%2BQ4DOVAx\">Happy Hearts Indonesia<\/a>, bekerja sama dengan PT Asuransi Astra Buana, terus menunjukkan perkembangan yang luar biasa pesat. Tingkat pertumbuhan siswa terdaftar pertahun rata-rata sebesar 18,3%, yang menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan sekolah dan lingkungan kelas yang lebih nyaman dan aman juga <a href=\"https:\/\/id.happyheartsindonesia.org\/fasilitas-sekolah-berdampak-pada-prestasi-siswa-smp-deo-gloriam-wanno-muttu\/\">meningkatkan semangat siswa untuk menuntut ilmu<\/a>.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-8702\" src=\"https:\/\/id.happyheartsindonesia.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Tingkatkan-Pengelolaan-Sekolah-PAUD-Hati-Nurani-Terus-Berkembang-Pesat-4-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"Tingkatkan Pengelolaan Sekolah, PAUD Hati Nurani Terus Berkembang Pesat-menu kantin wirausaha\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" \/>Perkembangan tersebut merupakan hasil dari pelatihan Pengelolaan Keuangan Sekolah dan Kewirausahaan yang diikuti tenaga pengajar PAUD Hati Nurani di 2021. Mereka berhasil mengamalkan ilmu yang didapat dan meningkatkan kemampuan pengelolaan keuangan sekolahnya, seperti keuangan sekolah yang lebih rapi dan terstruktur serta penyelenggaraan kantin sekolah.\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-8706\" src=\"https:\/\/id.happyheartsindonesia.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Tingkatkan-Pengelolaan-Sekolah-PAUD-Hati-Nurani-Terus-Berkembang-Pesat-2-1024x576.jpg\" alt=\"kantin PAUD Hati Nurani\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\" \/>Salah satu keberhasilan yang terlihat saat ini adalah PAUD Hati Nurani telah mampu menyediakan sudut baca dan ruang tunggu bagi orang tua selama anak-anak berada di kelas karena keberhasilan kewirausahaan kantin sekolah.\u00a0<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-8704\" src=\"https:\/\/id.happyheartsindonesia.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Tingkatkan-Pengelolaan-Sekolah-PAUD-Hati-Nurani-Terus-Berkembang-Pesat-1024x768.jpeg\" alt=\"Tingkatkan Pengelolaan Sekolah, PAUD Hati Nurani Terus Berkembang Pesat-ruang tunggu orang tua murid\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" \/>Sebelum adanya ruang tunggu, banyak orang tua yang menunggu di dalam kelas saat anak-anak sedang belajar, yang membuat mereka tidak mandiri dan tentu saja membuat ruangan terasa sesak. Namun, kini para orang tua memiliki tempat untuk menunggu sambil membaca buku dan melatih keterampilan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">parenting<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> mereka.<\/span>\r\n\r\n&nbsp;\r\n<h3><b>Tentang PAUD Hati Nurani<\/b><\/h3>\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PAUD Hati Nurani didirikan pada 2014 untuk mendukung panti asuhan yang mengasuh anak-anak yang orang tuanya bekerja di luar negeri sebagai TKI. Sekolah yang berlokasi di Sumba Barat Daya, Nusa Tenggara Timur, ini memiliki 4 guru dengan waktu operasional sekolah Senin hingga Rabu (07.00-11.00 WITA).<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-8710\" src=\"https:\/\/id.happyheartsindonesia.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Tingkatkan-Pengelolaan-Sekolah-PAUD-Hati-Nurani-Terus-Berkembang-Pesat-5-1024x768.jpeg\" alt=\"Tingkatkan Pengelolaan Sekolah, PAUD Hati Nurani Terus Berkembang Pesat-gedung sekolah PAUD\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" \/>Pada tahun 2019, HHI dan Asuransi Astra Buana membangun dua ruang kelas yang dilengkapi dengan furnitur baru dan toilet yang layak. Ruang kelas dilengkapi dengan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">railing<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dan <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ramp<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> untuk kursi roda karena beberapa siswa PAUD Hati Nurani hidup dengan disabilitas.
