Our School Management Training is designed to be hands-on, interactive, and directly useful in daily school operations. Every session uses FGDs, simulations, practice exercises, and participant presentations — ensuring that learning is practical, not theoretical.

The program equips School Principals and Treasurers with essential competencies, including:
  • Implementing School-Based Management (SBM)
  • Strengthening financial management and accountability
  • Engaging stakeholders in school decision-making
  • Developing a strategic and actionable School Development Plan (SDP)

We invite guest speakers from the Department of Education to share policy insights and best practices in school governance.

These sessions also open space for meaningful dialogue — where participants can discuss challenges, ask questions, and receive direct guidance from government officials.
