Jakarta, Indonesia – For more than 10 years Happy Hearts Indonesia has cultivated a long-lasting impact on children and communities in remote areas by improving their quality of life through education. Beyond that, we are also nurturing nature and widely impacting 11 SDGs Goal by establishing eco-friendly-based schools where we partnered with Block Solutions Indonesia to actualize the dream of becoming sustainable.
In 2023 alone, we have built more than 20 schools across Lombok, Sumba and Java Island where the total students impacted are 2.296 with 11.480 community members impacted, meanwhile the environmental impacts, particularly on plastic waste recycled is 62.3 tonnes while the carbon emission reduction is 151.9 tonnes. Looking at the total environmental impact, it’s equivalent to generating 34.625 KWh electricity from renewable energy and reducing carbon emission generated from 567.000 KM of driving.
