Thriving for clean and affordable water access is one of the core of Happy Hearts Indonesia belief in bringing the mission of scattering equality and improving communities life. East Nusa Tenggara is widely known as the driest region in Indonesia as the location near to Australia and the wind which contains a lot of moisture from Asia Pacific reaches East Nusa Tenggara with reduced moisture, resulting in fewer rainy days than in other regions.
Therefore, extreme drought will cause water shortage due to lack of rainy days and longer dry season. In addressing this issue, Happy Hearts Indonesia in cooperation with Ronald Foundation built the first major water access project in NTT, or to be exact is in SMA Katolik St. Yosep Pekerja Manola.
This project goes beyond providing clean water access, it drives development and enhances community’s quality of life. It marks the beginning of a brighter journey, paving the way for the students to pursue their passion, fulfilling the basic rights to life, and maximizing the potential to grow and develop.
Happy Hearts Indonesia committed to nurture these bright young minds to be able to achieve their dreams ahead. By empowering the future generation and fueling themselves with captivating activity and adequate facilities, it ignites the willingness to grow and develop beyond the limit.
Let’s unite to pave the way for a brighter future of this nation’s generation!
