Sumba, East Nusa Tenggara – A transformative opportunity has emerged to leverage the human resources in Sumba for a historic and significant change in the education system. Happy Hearts Indonesia is thrilled to collaborate in establishing a well-designed, sustainable school and in empowering the community for the greater good.
A change is essential to elevate the quality of life within the community. It is crucial for the community to identify their needs and effectively utilize available resources. By empowering the school community, we aim to equip them with essential knowledge, enabling them to reach new heights and contribute to the overall improvement of school quality.
On 23-24 July 2024, Happy Hearts Indonesia has carried out Financial Management Training, attended by headmaster, treasurer, teachers from 7 schools, followed by education authorities, which aims to empower the school and meticulously pack in a fun way to reduce the burden and stress that might have come out during the training. We ensure meaningful participation, safety, respect, be mindful, and integrity in every training.
The training went successful, where each participant got themselves very enthusiastic during the training. They actively engaged within the discussion and were super excited during the session. Building on this momentum, we committed to further initiatives that will strengthen the education system and community in Sumba. We believe that sustainable development starts with a well-informed and empowered community, and we are dedicated to providing continuous support and resources.
